Upon PEME registration, applicants will receive a QR code that they must present at Counter A upon arrival at Halcyon for easier identification and faster processing. RCCL applicants will then be guided by security personnel to the assigned counter, while the Customer Service team will assist them throughout their PEME journey.

Within 24 hours after processing, a Halcyon personnel will contact applicants regarding the status of their PEME results. If follow-up tests or additional medical clearance are needed, proper instructions will be provided, and applicants may return based on their convenient schedule.

This setup helps make the PEME process more organized, efficient, and convenient for RCCL crew members from registration up to medical clearance.
